Data Catalogue
Our data catalogue contains a detailed description of the data and samples collected, including the associated metadata, in accordance with the internationally recognised FAIR principles. This makes it easier for interested scientists to submit applications for use.
The data catalogue currently consists of twelve modules. There is a basic data set made up of 42 items (mainly made up of self-reporting from patients [anamnesis] and clinical diagnoses), which is mandatory for all DZHK studies. In addition, there are ten optional modules for recording clinical data from different cardiological examinations. In addition, there is a module to describe the biobanking basic data set.
